The project is to geocode 140,000 US addresses. Google will permit this at the rate of 50,000 per day.

I can provide you with a PHP script that will store data in a MySQL database and use the Google API to continuously request updates. It will take approximately 3 days to go through all of the data one time, then another 3 days to refresh that data.
