Description: we need a web-based masspayment script for e-bullion.

this script should allow the user to upload a pre-made csv file which specifies which account to pay, which metal to pay in, the amount to pay and the desired text in the memo line of each spend. script should be stable and capable of paying at least 2,000 spends without timing out or crashing.

please do not bid on this project if you are not familiar with e-bullion especially in regards to utilizing the sdk keys to make the script work as this script should work without the cryptocard technology by utilizing the sdk keys instead.
