Description

Need a script that will detect the IP address of a website visitor and return a list of ZIP (postal) codes that are within XX number of miles of the visitor (should work for inside the US or Canada). If outside the US or Canada, should return the country code of the visitor. Should also return the City where the visitor is coming from.

Preference will be given to someone with experience who can show us a sample of their work.

To be developed on a linux system. FTP and MySQL access will be provided.
