I have wordpress already installed and working with this professionale template:

I want to customize according to PSD provided and add some features like:
- user being able to upload videos
- user must be able to attach documents and custom fields to the video
- users being able to discuss and comment videos

please only bid if you are experienced and very proficient with wordpress, video upload encoding, php, photoshop.
