Description:	To better control our Axis 2310 webcam which has streaming video and Pan Tilt and Zoom functionality we want to use a webbased application which controls the webcam. Normally users have to login to the IP associated with the webcam and can directly control it. Please ask for the URL to access the cam directly and you can see it in action. To have some examples for what we are looking for please have a look at: http://www.scrantontimestribune.com/camera/camera4.htm or for another example at: http://cams.exploratorium.edu:8010/. What you see is basically a screen with the webcamimage and control inside it as well as a waiting room function so that everybody gets a chance to control the webcam and can see which number in line they are. Things that must be changeble by us as admin: 1. The time every user can control the webcam in combination with the number of users in the waiting room. So we must be able to say that everybody may control the webcam for example 1 minute on the condition that for example less than 2 people are in the waiting room. 2. The size of the picture. 3. The application may also have an option to choose between different webcams and we must be able to add delete these cams and (for the application: their IPnumbers). 4. The application may contain a logo on top (not over the image itself) which must be changeble by us. 5. Finally as a possible extra job we would like to have an option in which users can register themselves. After registration registered users will have priority above unregistered users in the waiting room.
