Description

I need a very simple program to put on my computer. I have 100's of .txt files with an article saved to each. I want to put these .txt files into a folder and run this program. The program will look through all the .txt files in the specified folder and make a list in a new .txt file of phrases that appear more than twice and are more than two words in length. Paying $30 as this needs to be simple and it is an easy project. I need it fast.
