Description

Seeking Coder with experience in OCR development for the following requirement

1. a simple 3 digit numeric captcha. Sample will be provided to shortlisted bidder at PMB

2. The OCR will work as an component on a linux server with Perl/PHP script. Bidder must propose way for this to work.

3. The OCR will fetch the captcha image from the main system to decode and return decoded value to the main system.

4. The Speed and accuracy of the decoding are most important consideration.

Bidder to present experience and related work to be shortlisted for further discussion.
