Contact Us page will feature a brief contact form.

An easy to use admin management page is needed for the listings pages which would include the ability to enter new properties, property information, upload several photos for each property listing,etc...that will be displayed either on the Buy, Sell, or Rent pages. (Web based management page is only needed for the listings).

The main site will be based on a template that we will provide, a picture is attached showing what the Home page should look like. The Admin pages may look different than the template provided but must still look clean and elegant.

The Home, About Us, and Contact Us pages may be needed with-in a week after project has been awarded.

The hosting server supports frontpage extensions, php, MySQL, and perl.
