Description: We are looking for a current working script of a for sale by owner Real Estate site. Must be similar to http://www.propertysold.ca

No Joomla or third party templates!

You must be the creator of the script as I will only communicate with the original developer themselves. There will be constant updates on the site so you must be able to provide support on the script for the next few years.

We may consider a commission base salary for the right individual. (% of what the site makes)

We are also looking for a graphic artist.

Preference on this project will be given to legal/licensed businesses closest to Alberta, Canada.
