Description: I'm looking for 2 things. First is custom idx integration, Second is users being able to register and save their search results to review them anytime. Bids must be in USD.

For the custom idx search integrated into my real estate website template. The data is accessed via a link to an ftp pull. Data is automatically downloaded to my computer. I need a database setup, and installed on my server.

There are two files (see attached). One is IDX_ExportFileLayout.xls - Excel spreadsheet specify the layout of the exported IDX listing data file (MLS_data.txt). IDX_ExportFileLayout.xls contains the terms that users will select in their custom searches. The other file is a text file that contains the corresponding data that is returned with each search. MLS_data.txt format is an ASCII file, comma delimited between fields, enclose by double quotes, new-line terminator between records (carriage-return or carriage-return + new line).
