Description

I am offering a unique opportunity. I have a website in a family oriented niche and I am looking for 2 specific business partners to join me.

I have the business plan and marketing plan lined out and the website is 50% done...Unfortunately I am not skilled in programming/design or writing and I don't have the time to do all of that and the marketing.

So I am looking for...

1. Programmer/Designer who has heavy experience with template design and php/perl.

and

2. Article writer who is familiar with basic SEO, Keyword and general website marketing skill.

Im offering a joint partnership that will involve a contract and that we share not only the work but the profits. Again I have planned every step of this site from concept, creation and marketing and I can't afford to hire the programmer and content writer I need to be successful. So the next best thing is to offer a partnership between the 3 of us.

Again your payment will come from the success of the website/partnership. I will address any questions via PM. The most qualified will be chosen.
