Description

I need an experienced website programmer who has html, php, cgi, perl, javascript, MySql experience. I have a content management program with an admin and user panel that outputs to my website. I need ongoing modifications, editing, adding new features, etc.

The first project is to help me set up the "header" and "footer" templates so that they match my website design. This is NO easy job. It involves editing several files and updating the database.
I will provide all graphics, design and even snapshots of how I want the pages to look. I also want to change some of the image buttons into text links. The end result must be a seemless page fitting my requirements.

Ideally, I'd like someone who has experience working with Profile Manager Premium 4.0. I have some issues that need expert hands-on editing, programming and developing to meet my needs.

This is an ongoing project to be paid as work is completed. Each job is a small project, and I will pay per job using paypal.

I prefer seeing your experience and some of your recent work first.

Critically important: I must receive email responses from you immediately. Meaning that when I send you an email, I expect to get a response within 12-24 hours. If I don't, without good reason, the project is cancelled. I also have deadlines, which means that if you do not complete any portion of the details of each project on time, I pay less 10% per day late.

As an introductory project, I will only pay $50 maximum for this project. If I like your work, more work will come your way.
