Description

In need of a solution to take form data and process it. The form will consist of two fields only for the user:
1. an input where they will place a 10-digit number
2. a pulldown menu with options that will have options with values like @thatsite.com

The subject will be a hidden value as well as the comment section which will be the body of the email.

What I need is the 10-digit number to be combined with the selected address (ie @thatsite.com) to form the recipient -

I then need it emailed.

The solution is up to you, either make a new Mail Program to be installed on the server which will combine the two fields or make a script that will do it on the page and then send it to the default Mail program... currently I use gdform.php.

It needs to cross-browser compatible and secure. A check function to ensure the user only enters numbers in the 10-digit field would be nice as well but not mandatory.
