Description:	We need creative, enthusiastic, and patient freelancers to assist us with our long-term project. Project requirements: Live Database - Develop an online database (preferably MySQL and PHP) to manage customer account information. (Database schematics and site layout to be provided later). - Develop custom admin backend for administration of our online MySQL database. Admins must have the ability to manually create and delete customer accounts, edit all existing customer information and suspend or unsuspend accounts. Automatic Registration - We require a script to process new members (one-time registration requires Captcha [alpha & digits] for spam protection). User must review our terms & conditions and click a checkbox acknowledging such. - After the user has agreed to our terms & conditions, the script must verify users e-mail address and mobile phone number. Script should generate two (2) unique activation codes. One activation code should be sent to the user's registered e-mail address. The other activation code should be sent to their registered mobile phone number. After verifying both activation codes, the script must prompt the user to choose a password and a secret PIN. After verifying the user's password and secret PIN, the script must transfer all customer information to our online MySQL database. This same MySQL database must have a live connection to our SMS gateway. SMS gateway - We require a payment gateway with the ability to accept online payments from Canadian bank accounts and major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and American Express. - We need implementation and deployment of an SMS gateway (with short code #). The gateway must have a live connection to our online MySQL database. Interactive Payment script - We require a script that allows for sending/receiving funds via web & SMS technology. Script must also have the ability to process cell phone SMS (text message commands), initiate real-time transactions, automatically deduct a certain fee for sending funds, and automatically send SMS reply confirming transaction ID (each SMS response must verify whether the transaction is approved or denied and provide error codes - when necessary). We'd like a script that is similar to PayPal (www.paypal.com) or Obopay (www.obopay.com) but that is unique enough that it does not infringe on their copyrights. This script should also keep an entire history of all of the customer's transactions and provide the customer the ability to review all transactions or search for a transaction based on a specific date, recipient or transaction ID. - We require a basic Java Midlet application that can be installed on a cell phone via WAP. When the application is executed, the cell phone user is prompted for their username and password. This Java Midlet application must have the ability to connect to our live MySQL database via WiFi or GPRS, access the customer's account records and display their current balance. After successful authentication, the cell phone application should maintain a live connection to our MySQL database. While connected, the cell phone user can perform transactions by selecting an option from the menu and by confirming the transaction with their PIN. Java Midlet application must have the ability to verify customer's PIN prior to commencing or concluding any transaction. After a few minutes of idle activity, the application should automatically disconnect from our MySQL database. - We need a cell phone application (IVR) that can process incoming calls from customers, can record touchtone keys and automatically initiate real-time transactions after verifying the customer's cell phone number and PIN. The application must then automatically send a receipt via SMS confirming transaction ID (each response must verify whether the transaction is approved or denied and provide error codes - when necessary). Mass e-mailing/newsletter script - We require a script to send e-mails to all registered users. Standard messaging, messaging via admin panel and scheduled messaging should be some of the features implemented in this script. Mass SMS messaging - We require a mobile SMS script to send text messages to all registered users. Standard messaging, messaging via admin panel and scheduled messaging should be some of the features implemented in this mobile SMS script. Customer Support - We require a script to automatically process technical support requests/inquiries. Script must have the ability to connect to our MySQL database to verify customer's account, make notes of their requests/inquiries as well as a date/time stamp of each request/inquiry. Script must automatically process each ticket # and leave its status as open, until the ticket is resolved and manually closed or escalated by a technical support representative. Code - Code for all scripts and programs must be clean, stable and efficient. All comments in the source code must be in English. Security - We expect a fully functional, non-vulnerable, bug free, error free system that is stable and efficient. It needs to be able to serve an unlimited number of registered users and handle thousands of requests at the same time. Copyrights You can not resell or redistribute the source files. We are to be the sole owner of all code, design and work done on our web site. Because we require full intellectual property rights, work completed must be your own. The coder will sign a non-disclosure agreement at the beginning of the project. Installation and implementation on our web server - We require assistance in installing and testing our gateways, scripts and applications on our server to ensure that everything is functional. Our web host is netfirms.com. Time frame for delivery We would like to complete this project within 30 days or less. The project will be split into three phases in terms of payments and delivery: a) Design specification documents b) Code delivery c) Acceptance test Budget The actual budget is not defined, so you can feel free to put your bids either below or higher than the budget range defined in this post. Payment & Terms - Both parties will agree to the time and costs of all projects before commencement. - In the event that you are retained, a non-disclosure agreement must be signed prior to the commencement of this project. - In order to be considered for this project, you must include previous accomplishments to your bid. You must also must have positive feedback/reviews on ScriptLance. - Compensation will be decided based on your experience. Payment will be through the ScriptLance escrow system (or PayPal) in phases. Will pay 20% of final bid amount up front (after we review and accept your non-disclosure agreement), 80% after we receive delivery and accept the final programs, gateways, scripts, source codes, and any other relevant documentation.
