Description

Hello, I'm looking for a person who can create a quiz website with PHP/MySQL or Perl is okay too.

*Basic Requirements:

- 4 multiple questions and one correct answer: similar to "Who wants to be a millionaire"

- Basic user login/account system (registration, profile pages, etc): Each quiz has reward points and everytime user gets it right, the points will accumulate. Initially user can play in guest mode but to keep the reward points they must register.

- Validation system: In order to avoid crawlers, etc. Underneath the quiz question, there is another question box and answer box to validate in order move onto the next question

- Database for Quiz questions/answers and Validation questions/answers: where I can submit my own sets of questions and answers

- Template system: headers and footers for menu bar, compatible with CSS

- Specific examples will be given in details

- Categories for questions

- Various quiz formats: fill in the blank, true or false

- Users can submit their own questions and answers

- Users can compete against each other and communicate through chatting system

- Time limitation for each quiz

- Page to show the top performers (day, week, month)

- Payment module: Users can purchase points through Paypal or credit cards
