Description

I recently had 2checkout integrated on my CRE lodded site. (From Paypal pro). The problem is that I have received 4 orders so far. 2 of the orders coming through 2checkout, but leaving no record of the transaction in the store admin area. I get the receipt of purchase from 2 checkout (so does the customer), but i have no order record in the site admin area nor the transaction. I have contacted the customers, and they can see the order in the order history (after they log in the site), but i cannot. I usually receive notification email of any new order plus a record in the admin area, and i have not done so on 2 of the 4 orders since installation. I am puzzled and hoping for an expert who can 1) retrieve the missing orders for me 2) fix the Integration problem.
I tested it with a Paypal account and credit card, and my orders go through. The two orders one from Great britain, and the other from France didnt come through. Theres a glitch that requires resolution. Idont have a large budget, but I am hoping to get help from a smart programmer who can figure out the problem. The store is live, so i hope for a quick resolution. Thank you
