Description

Requirements of the programming are that of a solid "linkdump" script infused to my current script.
-It will be a very simple link dump which i want to mimic the following site: (please pm for site url and my site url).
-Admin page to accept/deny viewer submitted links. I would like a max of 50 links to show below my modules/tube videos. Just like the site I referenced, when I approve a new video, the video in the 50th position will automatically move to the archive at the bottom.
-Clicked links will open in a new window with an iframe from the site who submitted the link so it will show my footer above the submitters entire page.
-Another thing is infront of every link you'll notice the site I have referenced has options to tag infront of the video i.e. a box called porn infront of it. I don't want any options, just a gooey looking white splat that says CUM (Kind of like a paint-ball splat). Also where they submit the url and description, i want it to say "Dump It" vice Submit.
-Overall I want a solid script that will not disfunction, run down or be hacked by malicious users.
Also, please do not bid if you plan to use a pre-made script that can't be customized and updated to my liking.

I'm sure I missed something or was unclear in areas so Please PM with questions. I will give the winning bidder my ftp info and anything else needed when that time comes.
