Hello,

We are a small eLearning startup association on a small budget in need of several websites being developed over the next 6 months but have questions about applications and procedures prior to final bid request for the first site developement.

We need 1 hour of your time. I need to ask some questions and get advice from a qualified coder. I will send a document with the questions to selected coder but would also like to speak using skype if possible.

Coder must be VERY knowledgeable with aMember, Joomla, Moodle, phpbb2/3, Community Builder and PayPal intergration. Template modifications, setup, installation, inserting Flash objects and general Flash and web developement knowledge.

After questions are answered I will make my final decisions on which applications to use for our website and place the project for bid. Selected 'questions coder' with good knowledge and direction will have first chance for web developement and design.

If we are happy with the coder knowledge and communication there is the possiblity of making this a private project for them.

We have several projects in mind and would prefer to have a long-term person on our team. Further details to selected coder.

We need the first website started approx. 1 week after speaking with the 'questions coder'.

Max. bid for questions is $15.00. Canned, pre-written responses will be ignored. Please send samples, links or important information along with bid if possible.
