Description

I need a simple solution that will create a specified # of torrents for each .exe file in a certain directory. The torrents must be made in a way that the hash is different each time. This could be done by icluding a randomized text file with each torrent.

I should be able to specify the # of torrents created for each file, the folder name to which a torrent downloads, and any other information pertaining to the torrent file.

This can be done either as a windows app that generates the .torrent files and places them in a specified folder, OR this can be done as an app that runs on my Linux server and places the generated .torrent files in rTorrent's 'torrents' folder so they are automatically seeded. It must also generate a .zip file with all the .torrents that were generated so I can upload them to the trackers.
