i am wanting to build a clone of link2me.com

exact replica.

all of thier categories and, how thier link trade verification works, everything. except it will only cost $10 per website per year instead of thier price.

my adsense ads will be placed on all pages that are created very similar to how they have thiers placed on link2me.com.

my banners will be replaced with thiers, in the exact places or similar.

basically i just want an exact replica of all of the fuctions of link2me.com -

thier link trade process is not like any ive seen before, they confirm on each website that the links have been traded, and allow each party to negotiated automated, back and forth to agree on link trades, and to agree on which pages to trade links on.

my payment gate way is paypal that needs to be added to the site, to accept yearly subscriptions.

each website can pay yearly to have unlimited link trades for $10

they cane do 100 website membership for $100

$200 will get them a 300 site membership.

all websites get 10 free link trades per day automatically added to thier account,

it needs a search tab like link to me, so users can user a keyword to find link trades that are similar to thier website,

or then can look under the categories.

when a new website signs up they need to designate which category they want to list under, they get 2 choices.

when a new account signs up, they need to be sent an email to verify the account to eliminate bots.

this is all identical to link2me.com

i basically need a complete clone replica.

i have another project as soon as this one is done that will scrape websites and auto sign up websites to this service.
