Description

We run a helpdesk using www.service-now.com, and I would like it so when my customers login to my joomla website, it automatically logs them into my service-now instance so for example when they view open calls, service-now automatically knows who they are and therefore will only display their calls.

Secondly, I'd like the ability to click on a menu item within joomla on the left hand side, and for it to take me on the right hand side straight into a menu option with service-now. For example, if you look at the demo on http://www.service-now.com/demo/, login as itil and itil, click Incident, and click Create New, I'd like to be able to have a menu option with Jooma take me straight to that page (i.e. get rid of the left menu bar). At the moment I can include the helpdesk in a joomla wrapper but the left menu appears obviously.

Hi , not a generic copy paste message. there is already a plugin out there that makes it easy to bridge 3rd party scripts. http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,3723/Itemid,35/. We would only require to make a plugin that accomadates your current scripts. And for your left menu this also should be relativly easly once the brisge is installed. you can see my portdolio on my site. markkalender.com . btw im located in montreal canada
