Description: NEEDS: Integrated invoice system for existing online secretarial based company who types reports in MSWord and charges by word count. SEVEN scripts needed for MT/Client profile, MT/Client invoice, and Company Ledger/Bookkeeping. Front End pages (HTML) finished, need back end.

SERVER INFO: Linux, running Php, Myadmin, SQL

OVERVIEW OF COMPANY: Medical Transcription Company. Currently, typists ("MTS") retrieve dictator voice files from site, transcribe them, name and /zip completed files, upload finished work to site via existing interface, site counts characters and divides by 5 to arrive at wordcount. DB collects all pertinent info. At this time, Admin collects counts from MT invoices, transfers those manually to a BIG spreadsheet, totals, and creates MS WORD invoices for email/faxing to client. Burdensome, time-consuming process for Admin.


SITE INFO: up and running fine 3+ years.
Db currently tracking:
Voice file (VF) upload by client - time/name/size
Pickup of VF by MT - time
Return of Finished work by MT - time/filename(s)/wordcount
Retrieval of Finished work by Admin - time
Transmit of Finished Work to Client - time/filename

GOAL: Create profiles for both MTs and Clients. Use existing db entries to generate MT invoices online, and Client invoices online. Create a simple Company ledger based on both MT and Client invoices to provide Company Admin with quick reference in terms of A/P and MT expenses for a given time-period. Create Invoice History pages for both Client/SuperAdmin.
