Image/Video sharing community site
Need a service well experience service provider.

-Movie conversion
video files need to be converted to flv file from most of known format.
digital cameras, camcorders, .WMV, .AVI(including divx and other codec with MP3/OGG etc), .MOV, and .MPG file formats
I need someone who can provide the conversion script for those extensions. (Someone who has a experience with implementing video conversion script.)
Need embedded movie feature from other video sharing community site. (youtube, flurl.com, dailymotion.com etc.)
Please provide you previous experience related with this project.

-Image upload
Uploaded images should be resized to the appropriate size without breaking the height/width ratio.

-Site feature
upload image/video
Each individual movie/image page has comment form, rating. (users can also upload related images or vids on comment area.)
Browse by category, rating, tags and keyword search.

-Language
This site will be a multi-language site.
You are responsible to create English version and we will translate it to different language.
You need to implement it as a multi-language site. (It would be better if you implement the site with language file so that we can easily translate it to different language.　If you have any better solution, please explain it quickly.)

-Site design
The design we are looking is simple and clean like flurl.com, metacafe.com (We will provide you more detail on PMB)

-Admin management
We need well organized ad control panel. (More details on PMG. Please provide the demo control panel if you have.)

-Ad control
We need well organized ad control panel where set the ad scripts. (More details on PMB)

This is just the general idea of the project and I will provide more detail documentation and example site on PMB to give you a clear idea of all requirements.

NOTE:
We are only looking for a professional true experienced service provider. Please do not bid if you have no previous experience with related or similar project.
If you have any experince, please be sure to provide your previous work!!!

You will need to agree with the non disclosure agreement.

Incase of failing delivery deadline, or failing to meet all the requirement, Buyer(we) will have the right to canell the project with full refund.

You will need to communicate with us daily basis and provide the update as frequently as possilbe.
