Description

We are looking for a image editor that should be able to do some basic functions such as image enhance, rotate and crop it to the size we specify in the source. Since we want to print the image at a fixed aspect ratio. We need to make sure that at some point the image should be converted to 300ppi.Further details are available on approval of bid for the project.
