ifreelance clone

looking for ifreelance website script. Am looking for script
that is genuine. NOT illegal copy. Need to be secure. I would need clear installation instruction along with the script.

The script must have a admin panel that manages users accounts
with ability to suspend acct, manage escrow in the case of dispute
between users. Integrated with paypal, ability to make manual entries
to add or deduct funds from users acct. feature basic, silver,
gold membership etc

Note:
ifreelance does not use escrow, but I would like the functions to use it on mine, any information you can add on this subject please advise me.



The profile part of the project to be similar with the portfolio
scrolling and upload video's(animations)ect, and any type files,
sound, jpeg... and their logo.


Look at the site carefully with all it's functions.

It must be ready to be installed in my server immediately.

No encrypted versions!

I will be updating regularly on dreamweaver.

Please use a different layout and color scheme (customisable for me to
work on) to ensure we do not breach copyright, please use same basic theme.
