Description

Need a solution to put in special ads for readers from a specific country, in this case Norway.

In this version of the solution, all outside Norway will get general ads.

My website is built this way (it is unusual, quite old, but also smooth):

.htm files include standard layout for page by Server Side Includes (yes, htm not shtml or anything) using now <!--#include virtual=""> but <exec> is also possible but not wanted.

If JavaScript is used, I need the routine not to delay the download of pages, as well as to provide a random routine, so that users, either in Norway or outside, will be shown 1-10 random ads.

Add "Norway" to your bid, so I can avoid automatic bids.
