Hello,

I want to create a service (advertisement) exchange site where web owners can exchange, sell or buy advertisement, products or services from their
site for something they need from other web owner 's site for their own site. Example: A traffic exchange owner can offer advertisement credits for their surf page
and trade in exchange for banner advertisement in other web owner's site. It will be a concept like freelancer site with the addition of trading, buying or selling
services and then both webmasters can rate and reviewing the completed deal.

I need you to install or clone a freelancer script (or create the site from scratch) and modify the script/clone to be able to offer the trades between web owners (webmasters) and design templates for a more professional look.

It will also have the regular freelance (hire freelancer) options for webmaster to hire freelancers including all the functions
like escrow, payment modules and member mailer to send newsletters and notification..
Also flashy business looking homepage design is required.
