Description

I have created a form wich can be found here http://www.fourcolorprinting.com/submit_file.html. I need to pass this form data into an uploader called Uber Uploader which I have uploaded as well. The form data will then need to be emailed to me in the format of the attached PDF named old_email.pdf. We had this system working with an older version of Uber, but that web guy cant be contacted anymore so I have to get it working on this site. I would also need the Uploader to create the folders naming them with the customers "Company Name" which would be aquired from the form and so on. Lastly, I need the uploader to also add sequential numbers to each job that gets uploaded. IE. Customer A would fill out the form then click submit. They would then be directed to the upload page where they brouse for the file and click upload. The uploader would then create a file named "A" (based on the customers company name) and within that folder would be the file they uploaded with the prefix 0001_printing.pdf and the next customers upload would be 0002_whatever.pdf.
