Description

An experienced designer/coder is needed to instal a form emailer on my landing page. Collected info are sent to either admin or to affiliate's email, depending on which site the info are collected. In either case, an autoresponse message are sent by admin.

Info fields are: Name, Email, How did you learned about us, Returning visitors.

Payment shall be by Safe Escrow.
