Hi,
I will be starting a promotion campaign in about a week that should start bringing in alot of work. I am looking for someone who can do both CMS's and Flash so I would be able to offer my clients more choices.

This will be a long term relationship and payments can be done either through GAF or paypal when each project is completed.

I would like to see a portfolio showing several types of CSM's and Flash designs (both full and partial flash sites).

You must speak fluent English as my targeted clients will be in the USA. On flash/cms aspects of websites, you will be working with the clients directly.

You and I will work closely together through these projects and communication will be through MSN Live Messenger.

Before I start the promotion campaign, we will work together to determine an agreeable price list (approximate of course) for your services. Sites from your portfolio will be listed with mine, and your name will also be listed as a design partner. You are not expected to spend any money for advertising etc. You must be available to start on projects within 24 hours of being notified. You must also be willing to do unlimited revisions until the client is happy.

IN BID:
Please state that you understand that this project is for only finding a provider for many future projects to come.

IN PMB:
Please list your portfolio containing what I have listed above, and a general price list of the various services for flash and cms.

Any bids that do not follow the instructions listed here will be ignored. It is very important that I know you can follow instructions. If you need further clarification, please post on the clarification board your questions. Any portfolios posted on the clarification board will be ignored.

For our initial consultation determining the price list after you are chosen, I will pay $15. After that, payments will only be made after project completions.
