I have the mockup screens of what i want my plugin to do, i'm looking for a talent flash guy that can learn the api/plugin features of the jereon flv player (http://www.longtailvideo.com/) - looking to continue development of the plugin over a number of months and expand on the features that are possible with our plugin.
