Description

We are a foreclsoure web site. We have on our web site a place where clients sign up to receive email alerts when a new foreclosure property is available. We update the foreclosure listings on our database three times per day. Therefore we need a program/script/service that will run on a Linux server and send out these emails. The program will search the database for email recipients, then check if there are new foreclosure properties in the city the user is interested in, create the email and send it. This program will run three times per day. The server is a Linux machine with Fedora Core 6. Our database is MySQL.

The program must be open source and the code must be properly formatted and commented for future maintenance and changes to the hosting environment.
