Hi,

If you know what your doing this should not take much of your time.

I'm going to describe this the best way I can, so please excuse my English if it's hard to understand.

You do not need to make a website design, I already have a template that will be used. I have all designs also. (banners, images, and more)

The thing you need to do is this:

You need to build a members page and admin panel.
This is how it should work if it was fully developed:

Someone comes to my index page and there my template will be, the options they have, will be clicking on about 5 links (example : Home, about me, contact, login, register....)
If they want they can register to the site and when they have confirmed there e-mail address they will be able to login with the username and password they choose in the register process.

When they are loged in they will be brought to a page where they will be able to make paypal buy now buttons just with simple steps.

They type there paypal e-mail, product name and price.
After they have finished this they can choose what kind of image to be used as the buy now button. Then they hit the generate button and they will be brought to a page where the html code is.

So this is really the only thing the member login need to do.

In the admin panel I will be able to manage users. ban, make new ones and stuff like that.

The website will not be controlled by the admin panel, I'll just edit the template my self. simple html template.

There is also a tiny twist I have in mind that I'll discuses with you if I like your offer.
