Description: We need an EXPERT PHP PROGRAMMER to fix a problem with a script we have modified to export the database results to ms-word format.

The application is a survey system (LimeSurvey).

The problem is that when it exports to word, the questions and answers are mismatched and do not export accurately.

We need someone that can dedicate 100% of their time to fixing this problem for us immediately.

You will work on our server using ssh shell.

See attached files for exact explanation, test server info, actual page that needs fixed and db snapshot.

This should be a 1 day job for an experienced programmer. Please review the files and only bid if you can dedicate your time to get this fixed immediately.
