Hello, I will be happy to program your roulette playing program! It looks like the game you show is a windows program, so I would use Visual Basic .Net to create the player. I will need a copy of the game of course for development and testing. Also, if the game window's size is predefined the program would probably not have to ask for the locations to be clicked. I can also have it read and enter the number spun. And watch the window for movement and update accordingly. This will be work well for the one roulette game, but in order to have it play different roulette games, there will have to be scripts made for each different game to be played. New games could be downloaded and added in as an update or upgrade. I can add this feature once you are satisfied with this project. I just subscribed here yesterday, but I have been working on computers and programming web sites and software for my clients since 1997. Please help me build a great reputation on here as well. I don't let my client's down!
