Description:	We are looking for a system to facilitate our product gestion. We would like to have: possibilitie to apply colors code for each line…4 colors should be great. example,yellow means stand by green in process orange urgent red : warning trouble with this file When the client order on line, all his personnal informations are disptach in a tables. When the client place his order, an automatic email is send…we will call it "Email ORDER" Sometime we have to remind to the client that he didn't pay us, so we have to send an email that we will call "email PAYMENT remind" After the client receive an « order reception », a bill should be generated automaticly with the information provided bu the client, but not sendend to the client directly. The bill have to be modificable by us, and after we decide if we send it or not (Because sometime we make some special discount to the client Perhaps you can put at the end of the line, after we modify all the information a special button « Generate a bill » and then the bill will be generated in a Excel form. Client information product production payment request photo design delivery photo online So under each bloc, 3 buttons that we just have to push, and then the email we want to send open, we just make some little modification it, and then send it directly to the client. Of course, it's just an idea, you're more usual than me with this kind of stuff, so i'm open to all advice. Do you think we can modifiy something or add something. just keep in mind that the main aim is obviously to be productive as much as possible and that this database can be easly understandable by everybody and managing online. This table have to be modificable online, by many differents personns, and if possible each personn who will modify it, will have a special colors. For example Clement in Green, Sam in Blue…etc…so i think you should make a login system for this no ? If possible i would like the hour and date of each modification to be accessible.
