Description:	We require the development of an application that we have built in Excel converted in to a professional self extracting stand alone, or web based, application. The application can be written in any software program (Java, VB, PHP/MYSQL etc..), as long as there are no licence costs. In summary the application is required to:- 1- Receive raw data in a CSV format 2- Run calculations on the data 3- Store the calculated values 4- Graph the result (using a graph with 2 y-axis) The application requires 100% of the ownership rights to be passed over. All code also sent in original form (i.e uncompiled) for modification. 50% payment will be paid on completion, and 50% after a week when the software is analysed for bugs. The other on the right axis. It is important that the software does this as the share price of one stock might be $60 and the other might be say $4. If, they were both plotted on the same axis, one line would sit way below the other. The lines need to overlap, to show the correlation effect. GRAPH – AUTOSCALE graph autoscale (i.e if a share price is trading at between $40 and $60 can the axis automatically set itself to the range of its high (i.e $60) and low(i.e $40). There's no value in seeing $0 - $40 on the axis. GRAPH - DESIGN Graphs to look like http://finance.google.com/finance?q=EPA:DG where a user can zoom by clicking 1day, 5 day etc etc.. PRELOADER - preloader/status bar be added to let the user know how long the data being downloaded will take etc.. (this could work by saying 25% complete done, when the the 5th say stock is downloaded etc.. ). As running over the web might take some time. SPECIFICATION Please note, If you review the main application, I am looking for this to be duplicated basically, with all the graphs. There is an oscillator graph that goes with the spread graph, which I forgot to mention in the spec. So really, if you take the project on, even if the brief doesn't cover something, a I am expecting the same functionality as the main program.
