Hi,

I need a simple contact form for my website, which will email the submitted data to me.
I have tried to make my own form, but cannot figure out how to install a CGI/Perl script to handle the form data.

I will PMB bidders to show the form I have on my website. It currently does not work when you press submit.

So I need someone to create the form for me, and help me to install the script so that the form data is emailed to a specified email address. I am hosted on a Windows server, so the form script needs to be compatible.

I have searched the net and forms scripts are available for around $25, so I am willing to pay $30 for the project.

The form must be easy to edit, as I have different pages on my website with forms on them, and i want the data from each form to be sent to different email addresses.

Just to clarify the project, I need:

A basic form to email script, compatible on a website hosted on a Windows Server

The ability to change the script for different pages, so certain forms are sent to different email addresses

Help to install the form and script to my webhost.

You must be available on MSN or Yahoo messenger so we can work through the project together.
