We have an existing message board and want to add a portal for more interactivity like www.indy.com

We want to be able to add businesses, and do reviews and trip reports city by city, so it would be template for one area and work for other cities in same way.

There would be an integration for Auctions, Classifieds, Real Estate, Trip Planner, Picture and Video galleries, Yellow pages like system, Events calendar (again, like indy.com how that works - all tied to database to easily add and delete events daily, weekly and monthly).

Also, there is a flash area that would be like www.maxim.ro for the highlighted news, reviews and items that also would be in a database and further be stored or archived and accessed somehow.

If you bid on this and say a time, please make sure that you can adhere to the timing and we need this as soon as possible! Don't give me one quote and then hold me up for another. We have had this with 2 other programming groups and have wasted 2 months. I really need this done within a week or less.

Even if parts of the site would go online every day or work - that would be good too.

We would like a firm or experience with this type of application. It should not be very hard but just time consuming or integration is issue.

No problem paying for work, but deadlines need to be met and if not, payment will change so we need to all be very clear and fair on that as well. There are other jobs available once this is done too so there are other opportunities.
