Description

I need a program to read a specific captcha and gives its value.

Program needs to have a +85% efficiency on decoding the captcha and be fast (~1 sec per captcha).

Check the examples.
Don't bid if you don´t think you can crack the CAPTCHA.
Im not intrested in typer company's.

I remember someone already asked for exactly the same captcha kind OCR two weeks ago. I was interrested but I decided to pass because of the too many parameters varying : color, angle, font, height, matrix step, etc... and I couldn't guarantee a 85% success rate. Now I've looked closer and I've got an idea that would work. only based on 2D computations rather than 3D ones.
