Description

I have an incomplete billing system that a coder began but he had to stop. It's probably about 40-50% complete. The code should be well commented as well and so should be fairly easy to understand. What i'd like for you to do is give me a solid quote on finishing the
coding for me. Unfortunately my budget max is $75 for this but bids are welcome. Please keep info confidential.

You'll need Auth.php. It is a PEAR library. It must be installed on the server by the server admin. (If you have shell access you can probably install it yourself.)

That should clear up the initial error with Auth.php. The application works to the point of adding and editing users so some of the functions work. Not sure how much is left to do.

Please try to check bulletin board often -- Max bid is $75. See attachedWord document for project requirements-- pdf is just helpful info for a system we'll use. Winner of this bid will prob be needed for furture upgrades.
