Description:	I have an incomplete billing system that a coder began but he had to stop. It's probably about 40-50% complete. The code should be well commented as well and so should be fairly easy to understand. What i'd like for you to do is give me a solid quote on finishing the coding for me. Unfortunately my budget max is $75 for this but bids are welcome. Please keep info confidential. Additional information submitted: 06/08/2006 at 6:00 EDT: You'll need Auth.php. It is a PEAR library. It must be installed on the server by the server admin. (If you have shell access you can probably install it yourself.) http://pear.php.net/ That should clear up the initial error with Auth.php. The application works to the point of adding and editing users so some of the functions work.
