Description

I'm looking for help in two areas. First I need to have script developed that will automatically create and configure a subdomain when a user completes a form. I have a Virtual Private Server (Apache?) that is using Cpanel and WHM. (VPS 1 plan from www.liquidweb.com)

Secondly I want to work with you the developer to make a user's area for my site. I do not have a clear requirement for my user's area yet so I want you to focus of step 1.

Also, I expect to have all of your work products fully documented, so please include the cost of good documentation in your quote.
