Description

Need a search tool added to our existing website at www.nitrum.com

Please know how to do Flash, Photoshop, etc.

We would like to have it similar to the following website:
www.rescuecom.com/index_fla.html
and click on "GET SERVICE NOW" on the top....

That new window that opens will be similar to what we need, with the following "Zip Code" (which will be the major factor of who gets our service) input and phone number input boxes.

There needs to be a link for "GET SERVICE NOW" on both the HTML side and the Flash side of our website.

The search will then check out database to match up Zip Code and the Area Code of the telephone number they entered in.

A new HTML page will then open (as with the www.rescuecom.com/index_fla.html), but with our content that we need for placing a service call - showing a Fee for service, if there is one - or "No Service" if they enter something not in the database.

We currently have a Microsoft Access database, with all the information in it. So what ever information you need, we can give it to you.

Our hosting provider is GoDaddy and we have MySQL - we don't know anything about adding a searchable database to our website, so you if winning this project must:

1) provide us step by step instructions, on how to FTP files and folders to our hosting provider (we will not give out our passwords for FTP root access)

2) provide DAILY status reports on your process

3) provide professional looks to the new HTML pages that are made, keeping the same "look" as our present website.

4) we must use our Access Database for entering, deleting and editing our records - you must provide a sync up tool or tells us how to update the web - so that the website search always matches our Access database.

Also, please understand this project and stick within the time limit that you say. We would like this done as soon as possible.
