Description

I have a home page as an affiliate at SizzlingMatches[dot]com and my Director gave me an API. It's some kind of program or form I put on my home page that allows users to sign up for my parent web site and I get credit for the sign up.

I need someone to look at the attached files and then look at my home page, and see if they can put it in place of the current form on the right side of my page. I need this right away and will only choose someone who knows what they are doing.
