Description

Two options on this project. Create your own AJAX web form or utilize my current AJAX web form.

I need a dynamic AJAX form that can be placed on an html page (the source files for the form located outside the page in a separate directory). This form needs to be dynamic enough to support validation of fields and allowing a CC to be sent to the sender (if they choose) as well as easy enough that I can adapt the form for any future forms.

Upon hitting the submit button the form will display a graphic and message on the page: "Email being sent, this should only take a few more seconds" and once the email is sent a new message should be displayed in it's place: "Email sent successfully! We will get back to you within two working days." You can send a practice email through my website via the link above to get an idea of how the form needs to function.

The last part of this project is a document detailing how to adapt the form so I can create further forms if needed. Essentially a "how-to" guide for creating other forms based upon this form.
