Description

Shipping module: Get rid of default shipping module. Simplify shipping as "form-filling" only. NO shipping rate calculation is needed.

Order Editing: Edit order module has been installed. Only need to change the displayed price and other service charges.

Layout fine tune: correct some display problem, liks picture misplaced, etc.

Payment method: one payment method fail to display. Need to correct.

Pricing dispaly: Correct a pricing display problem in the site.
