Description: Hi,

This project is in two parts:

1a) Add a checkbox to the checkout_payment page. Customers who wish to donate $1 to charity can check this box when they get to checkout. Checking this box adds $1 (one dollar USD) to customer's order total.

1b) Donation should be displayed/itemised on the checkout_confirmation page.

1c) Donation should also show up on the customer's order (in both admin and on customer account area)

2) Create a simple report in Admin that shows donation information. This includes Order ID (should link to order), Customer First & Last Name, Date of Donation and Total Amount of Donations Received To Date.

This is for a high profile store (lots of hits and sales) so need this done promptly and right. Store currently uses Paypal Payflow Pro. payment module.
