Description

Note: Bidders must be experienced coders where it applies to PHP in general and osCommerce specifically.

I use MagneticOne’s “Store Manager for osCommerce” software program for all database revisions, and the following installations and/or revisions must not in any way affect the operation of this software.

Revision Item 1.
Minor recoding of osCommerce to alter the summary sequence of invoices. For example, invoice summaries now read from the top down:

The revised order should read:

Sub-total:
Discount:
Discounted Sub-total:
Shipping:
5.0% GST #11823 0283:
5% GST on shipping:
Total:

When a discount is applied through a recently installed order editor, it appears directly under the sub-total where it should remain.

As it exists, when a discount is applied, the 5% GST #11823 0283 is still calculated on the “Sub-total”, but should in fact be calculated on the “Sub-total” minus the “Discount”. I’m thinking the additional item titled “Discounted Sub-total” should be added that would show the discounted amount when applicable, or simply repeat the “Sub-total” amount when no discount is applied.

Revision Item 2.
The term “Table Rate (Best Way)” obviously refers to shipping, but often creates some end user confusion. Consequently, minor recoding is necessary to change it to read simply “Shipping.”

Revision Item 3.
An order editor contribution was recently installed. Coding must be revised so that all orders created or altered in the editor should display invoices the same as if generated on line as suggested in Revision Item 1. The appearance of the order editor itself need not change.
