Description

I have an OSCOMMERCE site at kjmotorsports.com. It currently accepts Paypal Web Payments Pro and Paypal payments. The web payments pro is to accept the four major cc's. I would like to eliminate this service and implement one of two things.

Quickbooks Merchant Service for Websites(already have the account with qb)
or I would rather have it setup so the program T-hub b Atandra that i use to download orders would download the payment info and I would charge on the backend (in quickbooks). T-hub already downloads all the payment info except oscommerce blocks the middle eight digits of the card so they show up as *. I have SSL installed as well so that should secure the downloads.

I am also looking for someone on a long term basis for this website. I want someone reliable and easy to communicate with.

I offer over 30 years electronic design experience, hardware, firmware, special applications software. In the last several years I have branched out into website development (ie, software development). For examples see http://www.goldco-online.com/ , a fully custom dynamic database driven e-commerce with shopping cart site I authored and also a (demo) content access subscription validation and billing site with recurring billing capability at http://www.electronics-software.com/BillSite/BillSiteTest.php . The e-commerce store does exactly what you are describing. It saves the full order with credit card data for later download, but this is a fully custom site. I looked up Atandra and T-hub. T-hub is a PC application which queries the web site for data. The site sends full data, but T-hub is what controls the data presentation. So T-hub is blocking display of the digits of the credit card. And as T-hub is a PC executable there is nothing that can be done to modify this, akin to the fact you cannot modify MS Windows top have it do somethign special just for you. In any case T-hub is an interface to QuickBooks, so the ability to process the charge is a QuickBooks system capability. You say you have 'Quickbooks Merchant Service for Websites' as a credit card processing capability. Thus it appears you do have the ability to do the card charge from within QuickBooks. In the final analysis whatever capability exists after T-hub acquires the data is completely managed from within T-hub and Quickbooks on the PC where these are installed. This bid then is solely to create the T-hub interface script for your site in place of the PayPal payments service. I cannot guarantee that QucikBooks and T-hub will be able to process the card charge. It will remain the service buyer's responsability (your responsability) to verify the capabilities of the QuickBooks and T-hub system.
