Description

Hi

We are needing an returns system setup for our oscommerce store.

It must run in admin, a customer must email us to explain the reason for returning the item. Once we agree for the customer to return the item.

We would do the following:
1, Locate the order in admin
2. Select which items the customer is wanting to return
3. Once the items have been selected we click a button and it emails the customer a RA Number - This needs to be the order id - and the date.

In the Customers account section on the website there needs to be a link so they see what the status of returns are.

Once we receive the item back we need to be able to go into admin and change the RA Status to either Refunded, Void, Accepted, Processing.

Again whatever we change the status to needs to email the customer to inform them.

We have plenty more work available if you bid correctly you will get it. IF YOU CANNOT DO THIS THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. GAF has become a place for kids to bid who then do not complete the job, THIS IS A SERIOUS JOB
